Return / Exchange Policy

If an item is defective upon receipt, we will gladly exchange it for the same costume at no charge when notified within 2 business days of receipt. If a costume does not fit, or you simply do not like the costume, we will exchange it for any item on our site when notified within 2 business days of receipt.

Items being returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. However, the restocking fee is waived if you exchange for another item on our website.

All exchanges must be approved prior to return within 2 days of receipt. Contact us by e-mail at help@halloweenstore.com.

NOTE:Please be sure to include your invoice number in all correspondence.

Returned merchandise must be new and unused. No credit will be issued unless the costume, its parts, and the original packaging are in perfect condition.

For hygienic reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include pet costumes, wigs, teeth, hats, masks, beards, make-up, moustaches, socks, stockings and swimwear.

You may return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking number.

All refused or unauthorized packages returned to Halloweenstore are subject to a $10 return fee in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
