  • Shipping & Delivery

    Orders for in stock items ship within 24 hours on weekdays (No FedEx Holidays or weekends). Orders in by Noon CST ship same day! Orders placed after Noon CST weekdays ship the next working day!

     If we determine that we can get your item to you faster using an alternative shipping method, we may elect to use that method at the same fee as chosen by you.
  • Privacy & Security

      Your privacy is important to us. All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order with us.
     Credit Card transactions are done through a secure connection using industry standard SSL technology.

     We do not maintain a mailing list. You will not receive unsolicited advertising emails from us.

     Emails confirmations are sent out following the completion of your online order.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED on purchases between OCTOBER 15th through OCTOBER 31st. Return Authorization Number REQUIRED for ALL returns. We only accept returns for new unopened products. Product can't be tried on or opened. ALL costumes returned that look as though they have been opened will be charged a 20% refolding, cleaning and restocking fee. Buyer pays all shipping charges. All that will be refunded is the cost of the product. Returns are NEVER accepted for OPEN WIGS, MAKEUP or STOCKINGS! This includes stockings, makeup or wigs that are included with costumes.

    What is an authorization?
    Once you submit your order, your bank will send approval or "authorization" that the amount of the purchase is indeed in your account. This does NOT mean that you have been charged for that amount, it means that the amount has been put on hold to make sure the merchant is paid. Once we have shipped your order, then your account will be charged.

    I have been charged twice!
    If you check your online banking and it looks like you have been charged twice, that is not the case. We do not have the ability to charge twice. Most likely, one charge will say "Pending" and then it will show up again once the actual charge has been made.

    Help! I need my money back now!
    If your item is not in stock and we cancel your order, it may take a few days for the bank to release your funds. It is not our company that is holding the money, it is your financial institution. If you are low on funds and depend on getting the money back, maybe you should reconsider ordering online. We have no control over how quickly the money will get back into your account.
