All Orders with Halloween Store.com are subject to the following terms and conditions.

By submitting your order you are agreeing to these terms.

Defective merchandise may be returned within 3 days of date on invoice and then only by obtaining a Return Authorization Number from us.

Non-defective merchandise is non-returnable.

As Halloween approaches, please allow up to 3 days processing time.  Therefore, if you specify overnight shipping, that doesn't necessarily mean your order will arrive the next day!
