Dina in West Virginia I just wanted to let you all know how pleased I am with the service you provided me recently. It was my first experience with halloweenstore.com. I ordered two
costumes around 1am on Thursday, October 19th and received an email later that
day telling me they'd shipped. I was thrilled to receive the costumes two business days later on Monday, October 23.
Unfortunately, one of the costumes was defective (although we'd been warned
about its low quality on your website so we knew what we were getting into). I
returned it the next day, Tuesday, October 24, and just received confirmation of a credit to my account today, Friday, October 27, for the returned costume.
My experiece could not have been easier or faster. I am very happy with this
first interaction with your company and will definitely use it for future costume needs.

Defective merchandise may be returned within 3 days of date on invoice and then only by obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
Non-defective merchandise is non-returnable.
