Features:
Shirt: velcro tab at neck, elastic sleeves, stretch velvet
bodice, vine/leaf embellishment.
Bubble Skirt: elastic waistband w/ vine/leaf embellishment. (Note design change, It is AS PICTURED, but in packaging that refers to Arm Cuffs that are NOT included)
Hat: fits on head, accented w/ vine and leaves (directions are included to help wind vine around legs, etc); Extra Vine: approx 24" length of vine and leaves w/ elastic loops on ea. end to use on either arm or leg
